David Bishop is programme leader for Creative Writing at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland. The author of twenty published novels and an award-winning screenwriter, he helped found the innovative MA Creative Writing programme at Edinburgh Napier in 2009. David is a member of the Society of Authors and the Crime Writers' Association. He is a trustee of the Cymera Festival of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Writing, which launches in June 2019. He was awarded a Robert Louis Stevenson Fellowship by Creative Scotland in 2017. He’s also a former 2000AD editor.


Sinéad Grainger

Sinéad is a female human. She co-organises Dunfermline Comic Con and is the joint owner of epic comic store Little Shop Of Heroes.

Sinéad shares her flat with a giant collection of everything and is a freelance music photographer. She also wears cat ears.


Andy oliver

Andy Oliver is comics culture site Broken Frontier's Editor-in-Chief, site owner and its resident specialist on small press, self-published and alt comics through his regular ‘Small Press ganged’ column. He has been a member of the British Comic Awards Committee and was a past judge for the Myriad First Graphic Novel Competition. He is also a co-organiser of Small Press Day, a regular chair/guest on panels on the UK comics circuit and was a contributor to Paul Gravett’s book 1001 Comics You Must Read Before You Die.
